Windows event logs (mostly) point to "Big World Client", as well as some other misc events. Ram is barely touched, Network always spikes with crash event (I assume crash reports). With graphics set to HIGH, GPU util never exceeds 90% (port)/ 60% (in match), while CPU is below the 40% util (all core avg.). Although, GPU util is always higher In-Port than in an actual match. System Utilization, in game, is barely nominal. My suspicion is a memory management thing. Net 2019 version (updated ), that IS likely where the components are glitching. The basic performance issues, have more to do with (I suspect) the GUI trying to load far too much data (models, active graphics & the ships in scroll bar +- 200). so I have a limited pool of diagnostic data to pull from).
